Romania is a member of the European Union -EU-and the participants form the EU countries don\\\'t need a visa.

For the other countries that aren\\\'t members of EU and need a visa, we want to mention that the entire responsibility for receiving the visa belongs to the person who wants to attend the International School.

The participants who apply for the visa have to take enough time to apply for it. They will contact the nearest Embassy or Consulate in order to make the necessary proceedings in time.

The organizers will not directly contact the Embassies or the Consulates on behalf of the applicants for the visa.

The organizers will send a Letter of Invitation to each participant, at their request and after providing some data.
